TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a service or using revealsilhouette.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Reveal by Malia ("we," "us," "our"), with locations in Lynnwood and Seattle, Washington. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book services.
1. OUR SERVICES
Reveal by Malia offers waxing, skincare, skin and intimate lightening, body contouring and sculpting, teeth whitening and related beauty services as listed on the Site, at our Lynnwood and Seattle locations. Our services are cosmetic and beauty treatments only. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or care. Service descriptions, durations and prices may change at any time.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND HEALTH DISCLOSURE
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a service.
- You agree to complete our client intake and consent form truthfully before your first appointment.
- You must tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, medications, implants, skin conditions or other health concerns before treatment.
- We may decline, delay or stop a service if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.
- Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any health concerns.
3. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS
- Appointments are booked through the Site's online booking system.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session at full price.
- Arriving 15 minutes or more late is treated as a missed appointment.
4. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
- Prices are listed on the Site in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when you book applies to that booking.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and is shown when you book. It is applied to your service total.
- Payments are processed by our third-party booking and payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- Packages and series must be used within 90 days of purchase and are non-transferable unless we agree in writing.
5. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND NO-SHOWS
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, no-shows and missed appointments (including arriving 15 minutes or more late) forfeit the deposit, and the full cost of the appointment is due.
- Any fees owed must be paid in full before you can book another appointment.
- We may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of illness, emergency or other circumstances. If we cancel, we will help you reschedule at no extra charge.
6. REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, deposits, packages or unused package sessions. If you have a concern about a service, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
7. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as body type, lifestyle, diet, hydration and consistency of treatments. Any before-and-after photos or testimonials on the Site show individual results and are not a guarantee. We do not promise any specific outcome, including weight loss or inch loss.
8. CLIENT CONDUCT
We expect respectful behavior toward our staff and other clients. We may refuse service or end an appointment, without refund, if a client is abusive, intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Beauty and body treatments may cause temporary effects such as redness, irritation, sensitivity, ingrown hairs, tenderness, bruising or soreness. By booking, you accept these possible effects. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reveal by Malia and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. PHOTOS AND CONTENT
We will not use photos of you for marketing without your written consent. All content on the Site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Reveal by Malia and may not be copied without permission.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on the Site. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the Site or book services means you accept the updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
